After having a really bad experience at Ford in American Fork, i put a contact message in to AF and never heard from the sales manager, however I heard from Luke, at west valley ford, who ended up being an absolute gem,. (Him and mo are so kind) I came to Ford in West Valley and had such a better experience. Everyone was so helpful, kind, personable, and easy to work with. They actually listened, made the process feel comfortable, and even stayed late to help me. I really appreciated how they treated me and would highly recommend them.

Our experience purchasing a SUV at Ken Garff West Valley Ford was incredible. We never felt pressured and the entire process only took about 1-2 hours. We purchased the vehicle at a fair price which was $1000 less than a different dealership. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was done, but the tire rotation was not done supposedly because the tires were so bad. I took my car to my tire shop afterward. And they said my tires were fine. Just a little cupping, likely because the tires were not rotated last time either.
