He was super responsive from start to finish and actually stayed way past closing to walk me through all the tech, set up my door codes, and get my phone synced to the car so I was completely ready to drive off the lot. That extra level of effort made a huge difference. Steven in finance was just as fantastic. Financing can usually feel stressful, but Steven got me amazing deals on my protection packages without being pushy or weird at all. He genuinely made sure I was taking care of my investment without any pressure tactics. Get with NIc G! He is the GOAT. He helped us and we were looking for a truck for my husband and we left KG with two vehicles. He’s just that amazing. Everyone here is positive, helpful and kind! They will do everything possible to make your car buying experience a relaxing, easy and enjoyable experience. The other dealership I went to lacked laughter and something was missing. Laughter was the first thing I heard when I walked through KG doors and it resonated with us immediately upon arrival. I felt at home already and knew this was our place. This dealership made buying a new truck fun! I bought from out of state and Edgar was extremely helpful. He sent videos and all the information I asked for making my decision an easy one. Luke worked with me and was very fair and welcoming for an out-of-state buyer. Andrew was professional and got me in and out of finance in a breeze. Rudy was very friendly and helped with info on the truck as I was receiving my new vehicle. Everyone was amazing. I have never had such a satisfying service experience getting work done to a vehicle at a dealership. Usually, I usually avoid dealerships like the plague because of the cost. Not only did they get my truck in right away, they picked it up and dropped it off to my house for no additional charge. They replaced my F350 door harness with a used door harness that I provided significantly cheaper than local automotive shops in my area. That is simply unheard of. Brandon the service manager was awesome. Getting everything done and alerting me how everything was going throughout the service. Great experience.

Brandon took great care of me & the team he has around him!!! They had the truck for a while but because of getting parts & 2ee to them back to United States 🇺🇸 it to2ok awhile but he kept me informed. I really appreciated that. He went above & beyond my expectations. He even delivered the truck where I needed. I would always highly recommend there business.& integrity To me that's priceless. Thank you for that. I recently brought my vehicle in for service and was very impressed with the dealership and the staff. The service porter who greeted me when arriving was very friendly and had excellent customer service. My service advisor was Brandon B. He kept me up to date throughout the process, and was very thorough explaining all repairs that were performed. I will bring my truck here any time it needs service. Your service department is far greater than any of your competitors.

I had a recall on my F150 and they came to me to get it resolved. The entire service dept was a dream to deal with. Customer service in a lot of businesses has dropped off dramatically in the past years. Not here. They were amazing! Well done!

I've been in several times and had some pretty bad experiences: in parts I dealt with John E on many visits and this guy was sarcastic and insulting. I thought it was a one off but this guy just keeps insulting customers over and over - even after I mentioned it a few times and then let his manager know that I refused to deal with him anymore. I'm a Vet and I can handle some s#i! and this guy was really a piece of work. In addition I had a service done on my diesel and asked for an oil sample (simple right?) The guy forgot to do it, and I had told him this was important for me to send to a lab. Instead of offering to get the sample and make it right, he called me to ask me to change my 2 star review so he could have a good month. I asked him to take the sample but no go. Then a supervisor called me and offered to come get my truck and take the sample if I would change the rating. My truck was in Wyoming on a jobsite. Now, why I give Ken Garff a 5 star review: In parts I've worked with Kenny A and in Service I've worked with Nicholas H. These 2 dudes are absolutely stellar! I am listened to and I feel understood by these guys, also they get it done. No excuses, insults, sarcasm - they just get it done. I own 3 small businesses and I work very hard. I recognize great service when I receive it and I find that most of the time negative experiences immediately are reported but the outstanding ones are far less often recognized. Thanks Kenny and Nicholas! I'll keep coming back to Ken Garff West Valley because of guys like you.

Sam Bari was so professional and helped us every step of the way. He made the whole transaction easy. We had never heard of the In-n-Out program and it was such a great way to streamline both the private sale of our car and purchase of our new car. Sam helped our private buyer understand the value of that program to them, and then they ended up financing their purchase of our car through the dealership, so it was a win all around. We came to this dealership specifically because Sam saw we were selling a car and invited us to come look at a car he found for us at Ken Garff that we were interested in. We went to a few other dealerships and weren't totally satisfied. Sam made this a wonderful car-buying experience for all of us.
