This dealership made buying a new truck fun! I bought from out of state and Edgar was extremely helpful. He sent videos and all the information I asked for making my decision an easy one. I have never had such a satisfying service experience getting work done to a vehicle at a dealership. Usually, I usually avoid dealerships like the plague because of the cost. Not only did they get my truck in right away, they picked it up and dropped it off to my house for no additional charge. They replaced my F350 door harness with a used door harness that I provided significantly cheaper than local automotive shops in my area. That is simply unheard of. They had the truck for a while but because of getting parts & 2ee to them back to United States 🇺🇸 it to2ok awhile but he kept me informed. I really appreciated that. I recently brought my vehicle in for service and was very impressed with the dealership and the staff. The service porter who greeted me when arriving was very friendly and had excellent customer service. My service advisor was Brandon B. He kept me up to date throughout the process, and was very thorough explaining all repairs that were performed. I will bring my truck here any time it needs service. Your service department is far greater than any of your competitors.

I had a recall on my F150 and they came to me to get it resolved. The entire service dept was a dream to deal with. Customer service in a lot of businesses has dropped off dramatically in the past years. Not here. They were amazing! Well done!
I've been in several times and had some pretty bad experiences: in parts I dealt with John E on many visits and this guy was sarcastic and insulting. I thought it was a one off but this guy just keeps insulting customers over and over - even after I mentioned it a few times and then let his manager know that I refused to deal with him anymore. Sam Bari was so professional and helped us every step of the way. He made the whole transaction easy. Ford was able to correctly diagnose and repair my car quickly. They provided a free shuttle since the car was my daily driver.
They were very thorough and kept me updated the entire time my truck was in for service. Gave honest suggestions, including holding off on some of the things I asked about which made me feel they were doing the right thing and not just trying to do a bunch of work which wasn't needed.
Sam was very helpful in explaining what was best for my situation.

Truck went in for cam phaser replacement, process was quick and easy. They had the work done faster than I had expected, and Christian was very communicative in calling me to provide updates on my vehicle through the process.
I have bought 4 explorers from west valley Ken Garff Ford and I won’t go anywhere else. Edgar is my car guy and I highly recommend him. I’ve never felt cheated or misled. I found him after a terrible experience at another dealership when they wouldn’t give me my keys back. You don’t get any of those tactics at Ken Garff. They are up front and honest. If they don’t have what you need, they will work to find it for you.
